Support Options:
On-site support - We are located in the New Jersey /Philadelphia Area, but will travel.
Phone support - Charged in 15 minute increments, only pay if we fix the problem.
Remote Access - If you have a connection of at least 56k to the internet, we can remotely control your computer and get your system straightened out. You will need House Call Doctor or Timbuktu installed on your system.
E-mail support - This is a FREE service, so nothing is guaranteed. If you stump us with your problem we will at least direct you where to find the solution.
